What is ClickaTeeTime?
A:
When courses fail to pre-sell their entire inventory of tee times, rather than let them "perish", they may offer a limited supply at a discount on this website. Golfers can book these discounted tee times directly from the ClickaTeeTime website at a savings of up to 50% off the rack rate.
Q:
How far in advance are Tee Times available?
A:
Depending on the courses policy anywhere from 30 days in advance to 24 hours or less. It's a good idea to check the listings on ClickaTeeTime often because courses may only release a very limited number on relatively short notice - i.e., 24-48 hours in advance.
Q:
How do I purchase a Tee Time?
A:
You may purchase online or by calling our toll free number 1-866-777-7074. Show up at the course and enjoy your pre-paid round of golf. In the unlikely event that the Tee Time is no longer available, we will offer the next closest Tee Time. .
Q:
When is my credit card charged?
A:
The vast majority of the time your credit cardinformation is used to secure the Tee Time. Your card is charged in the pro shop when you show up to play your round.  A few courses do charge an upfront deposit and the balance is charged in the pro shop when you show up to play your round. Your e-mail confirmation which will always indicate the amount due at the course.
Q:
What is the refund policy?
A:
In order to continue to obtain excellent discounts ClickaTeeTime is obligated to pay a course for the number of golfers once a tee time is confirmed. The reason being is that they are blocking out a teetime that they might otherwise have been able to fill with a full paying player(s). Therefore all sales are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable with the following exceptions:

Rain or Inclement Weather-YOU MUST CALL THE COURSE TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A RAIN CREDIT. You should notify ClickaTeeTime that your round was cancelled due to weather. As mentioned above in the majority of cases your credit card has not been charged so there is no need for ClickaTeeTime to issue a credit or refund. There are some courses that do charge an online deposit in which case you will need to notify us so we can refund the deposit amount.

Change of Reservation- PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE COURSE. In the event you need to cancel an entire reservation or alter the number of players CALL CLICKATEETIME NO LESS THAN 24 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR TEE TIME. ClickaTeeTime will credit your account for the amount of the green fee(s) less a $7.50 service charge per player cancelled. FAILURE TO NOTIFY CLICKATEETIME A MINIMUM OF 24HRS IN ADVANCE WILL RESULT IN THE FULL CHARGE OF THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION.

Q:
What happens in the event of rain or bad weather?
A: YOU MUST CALL THE COURSE TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A RAIN CREDIT

If you have already begun play and your round is interrupted by weather conditions, the course will either issue you a rain check or refer you back to ClickaTeeTime. Please call us and notify us in the case of the latter.

Q:
If a Tee Time is listed as a foursome can I book it for less than 4?
A:
Yes. Just choose the number of golfers from the drop down menu. The price will be adjusted according to the number of golfers you choose. A few courses will not accept single players and require a minimum of 2 golfers.
Q:
Why is the course I am looking for not named in the "Courses" drop down menu?
A:
The course may not currently be participating in the ClickaTeeTime program or they may not be posting tee times to the website.
Q:
Why are there no tee times listed for the course I chose from the "Courses" drop down menu?
A:
Courses may not be listing tee times for the particular time you are looking for. It is a good idea to check the listings often as unsold inventory may change on a daily basis.

Is my credit card information secure if I order via the internet?
A:
Absolutely! When booking online all credit card information is encrypted and secured at all times. If you are uncomfortable with online booking, we have created a toll free number to call. 1-866-777-7074

Do the prices listed include cart fees?
A:
Yes. The price listed includes green fee and cart fee. Some courses may charge tax at the course.
Q:
Why do you offer times that end up not being available?
A:
The tee time inventory on our website is based on supply and demand. When the tee times are posted on our website the inventory is available however the specific tee time might sell through other channels. If the tee time is no longer available we will offer the next closest available tee time. If the closest available tee time is more than 30 minutes before or after your original request we will contact you via email or telephone, at which time you can either accept or decline the new tee time
Q:
How do I know if I got the tee time?
A:
When booking online, you automatically receive an email confirmation. You should print the email and bring it to the course at the time of play. In the vast majority of cases we are able to secure your tee time at the time requested or within 20 minutes of that time. However, if the closest available tee time is more than 30 minutes before or after your original request we will contact you via email at which time you can either accept or decline the new tee time.
